QUIET COPY GUIDE
What is copywork?
Copywork means rewriting an existing passage by hand, one character or word at a time. It can help you become familiar with a script, read a passage more closely, or simply finish one quiet page.
01
Unlike calligraphy, copywork does not have to pursue technique, structure or a beautiful result.
02
Unlike note-taking, the passage does not have to become information you keep. The act of writing can be the whole purpose.
03
Unlike typing imitation, handwriting imposes a slower pace and gives every word more time.
